Al menos, así se ha sentido en la Feria Internacional del Automóvil en Detroit, que se ha enfocado este año en la eficiencia de combustible y en los llamados autos verdes. Un toque refrescante que abre las puertas a una nueva era de autos eléctricos que ya quieren pedir paso en las carreteras. Creanlo o no, así será el futuro que nos espera. Cadillac Unveils The XTS Platinum Concept

Cadillac unveiled the XTS Platinum Concept at the 2010 North American International Auto Show, suggesting a new paradigm for the luxury sedan of the future. The concept showcases Cadillac’s emerging top-of-the-line Platinum series of models, emphasizing new expressions of luxury and technological features, including a plug-in hybrid propulsion system. SMART – “INTELIGENTE” – Jill Lajdziak

A solo tres días después de su ingreso en la empresa Jill Lajdziak fue nombrada Presidenta. Lajdziak entró a la empresa como Vice Presidenta de Mercadeo y Ventas. Pero inmediatamente el grupo Penske distribuidor de los pequeñitos SMART la nombró presidenta de la marca en Estados Unidos. La gran experiencia de Jill ayudará a que la marca tenga mas fuerza en los concesionarios, así también mas reconocimiento de SMART. Antes de su nueva posición Jill Lajdziak tenía el puesto de Gerente de la División Saturn en General Motors. Pero se retiró de su posición a finales del 2009. Industrial-Inspired GMC Granite Concept Makes A Solid Statement About Style And Function

Combining a decidedly urban-industrial design aesthetic with functionality aimed at young professionals, the GMC Granite concept takes the brand’s trademark capability in a new, more progressive direction. It was introduced at the 2010 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. If brought to market, the Granite would be the smallest GMC ever – but has been optimized to feel much larger.
